Sunshine Business Awards 2024/25
The Sunshine Business Awards acknowledge and reward outstanding businesses within the busy hub of Sunshine CBD. Proudly presented by the Sunshine Business Association, these bi-annual awards will take place from the 1st June to 31st July 2024. These awards will recognise the best of the best small businesses in Sunshine and their owners plus give recognition of the businesses strength, stamina and business success.
These awards give our customers and supporters the chance to vote for their favourite STAR café, restaurant, retailer, hairdresser, travel agent, lawyer or professional service provider via our website and social media. An 8-week campaign of voting with the winners announced at a gala business networking event on Tuesday 6th August 2024 in Sunshine.
There are 15 Categories and 15 Prizes:
- The business with the greatest number of votes in each category will win $1,000 cash plus a $2,000 Marketing and Business Development voucher.
- The business with the second and third number of votes in each category will each win a prize plus a Finalist shop front window decal.
$46,000 worth of prizes in cash and marketing/business development is being given back to our Sunshine businesses that are within the Sunshine CDB and are Special Rate payers (If unsure please ask us).
The $2,000 Marketing and Business Development voucher includes:
- A winner’s trophy for business counter to proudly display your win to your customers;
- A winner’s framed certificate for business wall to proudly display your win to your customers;
- A winner’s shop front window decal to proudly display your win to your customers;
- Professional photography of your business to create an image asset library for your print/digital marketing and social media;
- Two Facebook and Instagram reels/posts on @LoveSunshineBiz.Vic (over a 12-month period) (to promote a specific product, event or business offer);
- Winner listing on the Sunshine Business Association website, Facebook and Instagram pages, our Community Board and bin wraps in Sunshine CBD;
Every vote placed has a chance to win one of four $500 gift vouchers to spend in Sunshine at their favourite business, with an extra entry if you follow our social media pages @LoveSunshineBiz.Vic. All voting is via our QR Code on window decals and below:
